Our ‘farm to folk’ philosophy…

“We only use reputable suppliers with full traceability. We also source as much as we possibly can from local farms. In fact, we’ve used the same beef farmers for over 20 years and we buy pigs from local farms too.  But anything we can’t find locally is sourced with one thing in mind – quality.”

“Each customer is handled with the same care and consideration. Because we put ourselves in the customer’s position to make the ordering process as easy as possible.  Our dedicated sales staff and accounts team always try to accommodate all customer requirements.”

Our efficient delivery process

“Deliveries are made either by our own fleet of refrigerated vans, by overnight courier or by external logistics companies, depending on volume, region and other factors.
Our process is simple: customers place an order with our sales team (either by phone, email or fax) which is then passed through production with notes on special requirements. The order is completed and delivery paperwork produced.  
For local deliveries, our drivers arrive at 5am and deliver most orders before 2pm.  For deliveries further afield, the courier/haulier collects it from us in Tuxford and delivers the next day.”
