Starting out as a traditional retail butcher means that we have excellent age old recipes for Pork Pies and an array of meat and vegetarian Pies.  Our in house developmental chef has enhanced the pie range with innovative ideas e.g. Mediterranean Vegetable & Stilton Tart or Mixed Game Pie topped with Apricot.  Our range is constantly increasing and we also make bespoke products for individual companies on request.  We use quality ingredients i.e. exceptional meat, fresh vegetables, locally produced Ale, Milk & Cream and our own traditional recipes for pastry ensuring an excellent finished product.
