Lamb

Due to the rising costs and short supply of English lamb we have to source most lamb and mutton from New Zealand, whilst this goes against our local ethos the quality of the lamb is still second to none.  When possible we do still source some lamb from a small local abattoir in Derbyshire and reared on select farms all within a small radius.  They are fattened outdoors, wandering the hills of the Peak District.
