We have won numerous awards for our pork pies, the latest and possibly most prestigious being the Supreme Champion at the National Meatex Competition in 2014. This is a great accolade as there were many entries from up and down the country.
Our customers for these vary from farmshops to pub chains. They are sent out under various branding with different recipe tweaks.
They can be bought frozen – ready to bake off yourself (with Jelly sachets) or cooked and packaged.
Our pork pies are available in 1lb, 2lb and 4lb sizes. They are various toppings such as Stitchelton (a locally produced organic stilton), apple sauce, pickle, sage & onion stuffing, caramalised onion or cranberry.
We also produce cold eating, hot water crust game pies and chicken & ham pies in the same format.
