We have been busy trialling a new Lamb Shank dish this week.  It has been cooked Sous Vide style in a delicious Port, Redcurrant & Juniper sauce. The cooking procedure meant that he meat just fell off the bone and melted in your mouth, whilst the sauce had retained all of the cooking liquor and was super tasty! Please ask if you would like a sample.
